We are seeking a highly skilled Technicien Composite Polyvalent to join our team at the Grande Motte facility.
The Role
As a Technicien Composite Polyvalent, you will be responsible for contributing to the success of our refit projects, primarily focusing on Outremer catamarans but also working on other boats within the group.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Composite repairs (stratification, gelcoat, coatings),
- Antifouling applications,
- Participating in various refit tasks (electrical, electronics, plumbing, carpentry, hardware, rigging),
- Assisting with boat maneuvers and port operations, as well as sea trials.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Previous experience in a similar role (composite fabrication and/or repair),
- Strong knowledge of composite materials and stratification (glass fiber and/or carbon, polyester and/or epoxy resins, stratification processes …),
- Experience with gelcoat (faience, anti-slip, cracks, reinforcements, …),
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, hardware, and rigging systems.
- A desire to join a growing company and contribute to its development.
