Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Project Coordinator, you will work under the supervision of the Strategic Partnerships Department to manage projects and tasks related to commercial activities with international manufacturer partners. You will collaborate with subsidiaries and evolve in a multicultural work environment with English as the primary language.
Main Missions
- Manage organizational projects to support the Partnerships Department in implementing and industrializing digital and eCommerce projects with car manufacturers. Develop, supervise, and assist in validating Business Requirements, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with contributors.
- Maintain the knowledge base of the Partnerships Department through documentation.
- Participate in and support the framing of new projects.
Digital Marketing Missions
- Manage data visualization and analytics projects from various current and future projects.
- Ensure good knowledge of data and collaboration with Data teams to source data visualization and analytics tools.
- Consolidate business needs and support in creating reports and dashboards for partners' activities.
Required Profile
Skills required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Analytics skills.
- Synthesis mindset.
- IT skills:
- Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365 apps.
- Knowledge of Power Query and/or Power BI is appreciated.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics is appreciated.
- Spoken & written languages:
- French & English (B2+).
