Medical Science Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our organization, you will provide scientific and technical support to healthcare professionals, develop and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders, and contribute to the advancement of dermatology.
Key Responsibilities- Scientific Support: Provide non-promotional trainings, education, presentations, and other engagement to support the needs of key account managers and the field-based salesforce.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain trustful relationships with key opinion leaders and academic centers to ensure access to current medical and scientific information.
- Knowledge Development: Develop and share internally and externally an in-depth knowledge of dermatology and skin disorders.
- Educational Messaging: Develop and implement effective educational messaging to increase scientific awareness and advocacy of Galderma's Integrated Dermatology products and services.
- Presentation Delivery: Deliver credible scientific and medical presentations to physicians, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Key Opinion Leader Identification: Identify, develop, and maintain contact with local, regional, and national key opinion leaders and experts through internally approved field engagement plans.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Contribute to identifying physicians, investigators, healthcare providers, and administrative stakeholders requiring support from medical scientific liaison and aim to increase the diversity profiles of our KOLs/KTLs, HCPs.
- Medical Qualification: Medical, Pharmacy, or higher degree qualification in a relevant life sciences field.
- Biologics Expertise: Immunology-Biologics is essential for this role.
- Dermatology Experience: Dermatology/Aesthetics experience would be advantageous.
- Industry Experience: Proven several years related medical and/or research and development experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices industry would be desirable.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrable experience of developing and presenting scientific/medical content at a variety of levels, including to practicing clinical peers and seniors is essential.
- Teamwork: Ability to function in a team-oriented (matrix) environment.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment.
- Relationship Building: Ability to develop good relationships and credibility with medical professionals.
