Exciting Opportunity in Quality Assurance with a Leading Recruitment Firm

Page Personnel, a prominent subsidiary of PageGroup, recognized globally for its expertise in recruitment and staffing, is on the lookout for qualified candidates for the following position:

  • Assist in the execution of the established documentation policy across various sectors,
  • Draft and/or evaluate documents as part of the organization's quality management framework,
  • Assess the implications of documentation related to site modification controls,
  • Authenticate quality documents within the documentation system,
  • Guarantee adherence to quality procedures and regulatory standards,
  • Conduct audits and oversee corrective action plans,
  • Coordinate the scheduling of internal audits,
  • Detect and rectify discrepancies,
  • Investigate and resolve system discrepancies at the initial level,
  • Deliver training on quality and Electronic Document Management (EDM),
  • Facilitate quality training sessions within the organization (including quality orientation and refreshers, audits, and best practices),
  • Engage in document management practices, EDM, and utilization of Electronic Document Management systems,
  • Supervise the quality management system and promote continuous enhancement,
  • Contribute to the advancement of the quality action strategy,
  • Adhere to and enforce pertinent regulations within the organization concerning safety, quality, hygiene, and environmental standards.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in industrial production with a focus on quality and/or organizational management,
  • At least one prior experience in a comparable role within an industrial setting, ideally in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food sectors,
  • Familiarity with at least one quality system standard and/or regulatory reference applicable in various regions, such as ISO22716, cGMP, ISO9001, GMP/GLP, CSAR,
  • Competence in using computer tools,
