Logistics Operations Project Analyst

Quality Assurance:
- Guarantee that IT initiatives are executed to a high standard to prevent operational disruptions during deployment.
- Propose enhancements to systems or workflows that yield quality advancements for the operations.
Performance Monitoring:
- Oversee 3PL/Warehouse partner performance to ensure compliance with our established performance metrics for Quality, Service, and Cost.
- Verify that 3PL/Warehouse partners fulfill service agreements for our clientele.
- Manage daily operational interactions with 3PL/Warehouse partners effectively.
- Ensure all IT modifications are tested according to the IT rollout schedule.
- Track inventory, including goods in transit, for any discrepancies.
Technological Interface:
- Act as a liaison between the IT and Operations teams, fostering enhancements through system modifications and overseeing the implementation of system updates. Leverage technology to create competitive advantages within Supply Chain Distribution Operations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with the warehouse management team to design, test, and execute process modifications.
- Lead and engage in special committees, task forces, projects, and audits.
- Deliver formal and informal presentations and facilitate meetings as required.
- Execute other assigned responsibilities as necessary.
