Discipleship Pastor

At Radiant Bible Church, we are seeking a Discipleship Pastor to join our team. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive discipleship effort of our church.

• Develop and implement a discipleship strategy that aligns with the vision and mission of Radiant Bible Church.
• Lead and oversee the Radiant Groups ministry, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with the Lead Pastor to develop and implement discipleship content and curriculum.
• Work with Radiant Kids, Radiant Students, and other ministry leaders to achieve a cohesive, comprehensive discipleship effort.
• Identify, equip, and care for leaders while fostering a culture of leadership development.
• Preach and teach as required for the discipleship ministry and occasionally during weekend worship gatherings.

• Clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a passionate, growing personal relationship with Him.
• Demonstrate spiritual maturity, be committed to the sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit, and desire Christlikeness in personal character.
• Be fully committed to the doctrine, vision, and ministry of Radiant Bible Church.
• Be teachable and willing to be held accountable.
• Lead with a humble spirit, God-dependent faith, and a servant's heart.
• Embody a spirit of teamwork and collaboration.

• ~10 years or more of pastoral ministry.
• ~ Extensive experience in adult discipleship or adult small group ministry within a large church context.
