Arabelle Solutions is a leading provider of innovative technologies and services for the nuclear industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the commercial and contractual aspects of large and complex nuclear plant projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from design to construction, ensuring compliance with project contractual requirements.
- Develop and implement commercial execution strategies, including contract structure and executability.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operation and dispute resolution.
- Coordinate with contract management and legal teams to prepare and negotiate claims and variations.
- Perform risk and opportunity management, and develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients and partners.
- High degree in Engineering, Economics, Law, or Business Administration.
- 10 years of experience in the Nuclear industry, with at least 5 years in contract management, project management, or legal for large/complex projects.
- 5 years of experience with Russian customers.
- Good commercial knowledge for assessing business risks and opportunities.
- Good knowledge of project contracts and contract law.
- Good knowledge of claims management.
- Project Management education and professional registration.
- Knowledge of Arabelle Solutions plant characteristics.
- Insightful and able to collaborate with other business team members.
- Broad commercial knowledge covering multiple disciplines.
- Strong planning skills and knowledge of cost control principles.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Strong in building relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Cultural awareness and team player.
- Excellent computer skills in using MS-Windows and Office applications.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and working knowledge of at least one other language.
- Knowledge in written and spoken Russian.
- Understand and speaks French.
