About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our team at Alan Allman Associates in Paris. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our daily cash management, developing cash pooling strategies, and handling bank relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Daily Cash Management: Oversee the daily cash flow, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Develop Cash Pooling Strategies: Analyze and implement cash pooling initiatives to optimize our cash position and reduce costs.
  • Handle Bank Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our banking partners, negotiating and managing banking services.
  • Lead Short/Medium-Term Cash Forecasts: Develop and maintain accurate cash forecasts, identifying potential cash flow risks and opportunities.
  • Produce Reports for Management: Prepare regular financial reports for senior management, providing insights into our cash position and financial performance.
  • Monitor Group Financing and Investments: Oversee our group's financing and investment activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Participate in the Implementation of a Global Treasury Tool: Collaborate with our IT team to implement a global treasury tool, enhancing our treasury operations and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Treasury, Finance, or Related Field: A postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as treasury, finance, or accounting.
  • Previous Experience in Treasury: A minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury, preferably within an international company.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Treasury Tools: Familiarity with treasury tools and software, such as cash management systems and financial planning tools.
  • Fluent in French and English: Excellent language skills in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Organized, Autonomous, and Team Player: Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and a team-oriented approach.
  • Strong Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate complex ideas effectively.
Contract and Education

This is a full-time position, and a Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
