Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Cladding Specialist to join our team at Optineris BTP Limoges. The successful candidate will work on various construction sites in Limoges and its surroundings, reporting directly to the Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cladding Installation: Install different types of cladding (wood, metal, composite, etc.) on building facades according to project plans and specifications.
• Surface Preparation: Clean, prepare, and adjust surfaces to be covered.
• Panel Fixing: Use fixing systems to secure cladding panels.
• Waterproofing and Insulation: Install waterproofing and thermal insulation materials.
• Tool and Equipment Use: Handle manual and electronic tools.
• Reading Plans: Read and interpret plans and diagrams.

Requirements:

• Education: Vocational training in metal construction, carpentry, or equivalent; significant experience in a similar position is a plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of cladding materials and installation techniques.
• Safety: Familiarity with safety standards and strict adherence to them.
• Teamwork: Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly and effectively.
• Precision and Meticulousness: Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
