Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Supply Support team at IKEA. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability and management of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Supply Support team to secure and improve the availability and management of the assortment.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to guarantee the fluidity of sales, launch new products on time, and implement promotional actions to increase turnover.
  • Develop and implement new products and promotions to increase sales.
  • Optimize replenishments by managing sales forecasts and orders in accordance with the sales calendar.
  • Participate in the analysis of inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Identify and develop talent within the team.
