Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team at ADMR in RIVES d'ANDAINES. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in their daily lives, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals, and assist with feeding
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, engaging clients in activities and conversations
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or needs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
