Eiffage Génie Civil, a leading civil engineering company, is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Coordinator. Our company specializes in various projects, from design to construction, maintenance, repair, and demolition, both in France and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards in the Hauts-de-France region
  • Develop and implement effective HSE policies and procedures on-site
  • Contribute to risk assessments, prevention plans, and safety instructions to minimize accidents and incidents
  • Utilize HSE tools and software to analyze accidents, conduct safety audits, provide safety briefings, and report incidents
  • Deliver training and awareness sessions to teams on HSE best practices
  • Monitor safety events involving our teams at client sites and implement corrective actions
  • Plan and conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments
  • Frequent travel required to industrial sites and client locations

Requirements:

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction
  • Experience: Minimum 5-6 years in a similar role in the construction industry
