We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Beaulieu Residence in Bouguenais. This is a full-time replacement contract with the possibility of part-time work if needed.

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to residents
• Assist with daily living activities and support residents with their daily needs
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team and other staff members to ensure high-quality care

• DEAS (Diplôme d'Etat d'Aide-soignant) or AMP (Aide Médico-Psychologique) qualification
• Understanding of aging and end-of-life care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and respect protocols
• Capacity to handle emotionally challenging situations
• Confidentiality and discretion

• Contract type: CDD de remplacement
• Hours: Full-time with possibility of part-time work
• Salary: €14.13 per hour, including 5% decentralised premium and €257 SEGUR premium (for full-time work)
• Recovery of seniority: 100% for equivalent employment
• Minimum monthly salary: €2,191.58 for full-time work, including premiums and decentralised premium
