Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on social media and community engagement. This role involves developing and implementing social media and communications campaigns that align with our marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities

• Defining and implementing social media and communications campaigns aligned with marketing strategies

• Creating engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts

• Managing and animating social networks (publications/stories/reels)

• Email management and reporting

• Competitive intelligence and benchmarking

• Digital marketing proposals


Requirements

• Proven experience as a community manager

• Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g., creating an online forum, launching an ambassador program, organizing a series of events, and writing a newsletter)

• Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g., repeat attendance at events)

• Practical experience of social media management for brands

• Excellent writing skills

• Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics

• Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels

• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
