Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Structuring & Execution (S&E) department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the coordination of projects from Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) securitization to financial close and managing the execution phase, including construction contracts, site activities, cost tracking, and relationships with lenders and equity partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead project coordination and execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Manage relationships with lenders, equity partners, contractors, and third parties
- Assist in the selection, negotiation, and management of EPC, O&M, and supply agreements
- Coordinate between project teams, lenders, equity investors, contractors, and third parties
- Strong experience in project management, contract and procurement management, and construction management
- Knowledge of EPC contracts, turbine or PV module supply agreements, balance of plant, and long-term service agreements
- Experience hiring and supervising site management teams, reviewing design documentation, and managing project commissioning
