Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Technician to join our team at Paradox. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing post-production processes, ensuring efficient transitions from production to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage post-production processes to ensure efficient transitions from production to delivery
  • Develop and maintain video editing skills to deliver high-quality content
  • Collaborate with the Online Event Director to plan and execute live events
  • Deliver replays of events to students in a timely manner
  • Edit online training content for students in a streamlined manner
  • Upload videos to our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Manage the backup and organization of our video library

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Video Editor and/or Live Streaming Technician
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and formulate issues quickly
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends (approximately 2 weekends per month and 1-2 evenings per month)
