Job Description
You will be integrated into a project team to perform design activities and contribute to project management. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying technical objectives based on a specification or a request for proposal.
- Providing expertise to identify the best technical solutions.
- Planning, organizing, and leading technical teams to achieve objectives within the agreed-upon timeframe and technical-commercial proposal.
- Ensuring the management, monitoring, and control of suppliers.
- Promoting efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Obtaining client/partner satisfaction in accordance with specifications and the technical proposal in a constantly evolving context.
- Maintaining team motivation and fostering a group dynamic.
Requirements
As an experienced mechanical design engineer, you:
- Hold at least a Bac+5 degree in aeronautics or equivalent.
- Master CAO tools and associated databases.
- Justify numerous successful experiences in a mechanical design engineering environment for aeronautics, with expertise in multiple domains: primary structures, secondary structures, metallic technologies, composite technologies.
- Are proactive, autonomous, and able to work in teams and multicultural environments.
- Are able to dialogue and listen, and demonstrate leadership.
- Are capable of establishing trust relationships, both internally and externally, and representing the company to its partners and clients.
