Job Description

We are currently looking for an M&A Analyst Intern to support our acceleration of development and external growth projects. The successful candidate will assist the M&A Manager in topics related to M&A, strategic planning, and post-merger integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new targets in line with the Group's strategy, including screening, industry and/or geographical analysis, and preliminary financial evaluation.
  • Participate in financial valuation, coordination of due diligence, and execution of transactions.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and summary notes for the CFO and CEO, integrating recommendations from internal teams and external consultants.
  • Manage the integration of acquisitions, including definition of objectives, creation of roadmaps, and coordination of internal resources.
  • Perform other ad-hoc analysis and competitive intelligence on transversal strategic projects at the request of top management.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in finance or strategy-related fields from a top-tier business school, engineering school, or university.
  • At least 3-6 months of experience in M&A, private equity, strategic consulting, finance, audit, or controlling.
  • Strong analytical skills, rigor, high motivation, commitment, and ability to think broadly about strategic issues.
  • Good grasp of corporate finance, valuation, and financial accounting.
  • Good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in French and English, with a third language a plus.
About the Role

This is a 6-month internship based in Dinard, France, starting in January 2025. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the C-suite and contribute to the Group's strategic growth.
