Our training facility is in search of a dedicated professional to enhance our existing team. As a Heavy Vehicle Training Specialist, your role will involve designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for aspiring transport professionals. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that trainees gain the essential skills and knowledge required for their future careers, while also providing feedback to enhance our educational materials.

Following a tailored onboarding and training process, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing training sessions for passenger and freight transport
  • Assessing learning outcomes and establishing training objectives
  • Encouraging and guiding trainees throughout their educational journey
  • Adapting to shift work and conducting training in various locations as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are seeking individuals who:

  • Have maintained a D and/or ED driver's license for over five years, along with current FIMO/FCO certifications
  • Possess a TP ECSR certification with a focus on heavy-duty vehicles
  • Bring at least three years of experience as a driver or trainer in the heavy-duty sector within the last five years
  • Are driven, possess strong interpersonal skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Are passionate about empowering others to achieve their goals
