Job Title: BIM Technician

As a key member of the structural division within a multidisciplinary engineering firm, you will play a vital role in the creation of digital models and structural documentation for a diverse range of construction projects, including but not limited to hospitals, museums, hotels, schools, offices, and residential buildings.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Developing comprehensive digital models and structural documentation for various construction projects
  • Generating reinforced concrete and steel frame plans utilizing Revit and AutoCAD across different project stages, from initial design to detailed documentation
  • Creating formwork plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings
  • Evaluating execution plans for accuracy and feasibility
  • Participating in project meetings to discuss progress and challenges
  • Calculating quantities of structural materials required for projects

Site visits may be necessary to ensure alignment with project specifications.

Profile: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a 2-year degree (BTS or DUT) and have at least 3 years of experience in a design office environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.

Experience with Dynamo is considered an advantage.
