Instrumentation Technician

Réseau Alliance, agence de recrutement spécialisée dans la délégation de personnel en intérim et placement CDD/CDI, recherche pour l'un de ses clients un tuyauteur instrumentation H/F.
MissionL'objectif de ce poste est d'analyser et de planifier le cheminement logique des tuyaux d'instrumentation pour assurer une disposition optimale et efficace.
Vous serez chargé de découper précisément les éléments et de les mettre à dimension, en les façonnant par pliage et cintrage selon les spécifications techniques.
Vous devrez également préparer les embouts à visser tout en assurant un contrôle rigoureux du serrage pour garantir la sécurité et la fiabilité des installations.
Vous raccorderez et fixerez les lignes de tuyauterie, les accessoires et les instruments conformément aux schémas et plans, tout en veillant à la précision et à la stabilité.
Vous assemblerez les lignes et équipements spécifiques aux gaz de barrage, en suivant les protocoles établis pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des systèmes.
Vous effectuerez des contrôles méticuleux de la résistance et de l'étanchéité des lignes et des installations, en réalisant des ajustements et des réalignements au besoin.
Vous utiliserez les bonnes nuances et diamètres de tubes, sélectionner les matériaux appropriés conformément aux spécifications techniques et aux normes en vigueur.
Vous percrez et tarauderez les supportages nécessaires, garantissant l'étanchéité du procédé tout en assurant la solidité des installations.
Vous gérerez le poste de travail en respectant scrupuleusement les règles de sécurité.
