Key Responsibilities
- Collect, compile, and analyze CSR data from Albéa C&F operations and suppliers.
- Evaluate and monitor the company's performance in relation to CSR objectives.
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of CSR/ESG reports.
- Support production facilities in their EcoVadis assessments and aid in corporate EcoVadis responses and CDP submissions.
- Research industry best practices and emerging trends in CSR/ESG.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on climate and environmental initiatives.
Delivery of CSR data and KPIs
Ensure a systematic approach to CSR reporting
Evaluate CSR performance metrics (EcoVadis score, CDP results)
Alignment of reporting with CSRD regulations
Candidate Profile (Experience & Qualifications)
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, chemical, or environmental sciences.
- Strong enthusiasm for sustainability and CSR regulations.
- Exceptional research and analytical capabilities.
- Proficient communication skills in English and French; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
