Job Title: Coffee Man

Join the Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort team as a Coffee Man, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times, adhering to the hotel's Standards of Performance.
  • Perform duties and tasks as rotated or assigned to another Department, as per the Master Task List.
  • Be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
  • Develop a thorough understanding and knowledge of coffee.
  • Deliver high standards of quality and efficient/friendly service, as per Standard Operational Procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized surrounding area at all times.
  • Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Establish a rapport with guests, maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Be flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub-sections of the Front Office Department.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by the Guest Experience Manager.
