Administrative Compliance Technician

**Your Mission**

As an Administrative Compliance Technician at SUEZ, you will be responsible for the following tasks within the framework of a temporary contract:

**Administrative Tasks**

• Study and analyze compliance files: separate sector, non-domestic activities, property mutation inquiries

• Exchange with the field team for validation of data

• Draft, send, and track correspondence

• Update various databases and activity tracking indicators (GED, User Database, CRM)

• Invoice interventions for property mutation inquiries

• Establish conventions (Assimilated Domestic Rejection Convention) for non-domestic inquiries (recovery of information from artisans, drafting of the convention)

**Client Relations**

• Post-sales follow-up of files: exchanges with residents to explain the diagnosis and any observed non-conformities

• For non-conforming properties: follow-up with residents and scheduling of advisory visits to enable the implementation of non-conforming installations

• Ambassador role for promoting alternative techniques for managing rainwater at the plot

**Your Profile**

You hold a BAC +2/3 degree in the water or administrative management field and are looking for a technical administrative position.

Rigor, customer service sense, and curiosity are required for this role.
