The SFBI is seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team in the MMVRT (Molecular Mechanism of viral RNA translation) team. The successful candidate will be involved in the development of a new theoretical framework to determine 3D RNA structures. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the understanding of the chemical origin of biochemical reactivity and unveil the complex relationship between measured reactivities, local geometry of RNA, and its environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a new theoretical framework to determine 3D RNA structures
  • Combine experimental data with molecular simulations
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve project objectives

Requirements
  • PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, Computational Biology or related fields
