Lead Buyer Transport Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Buyer Transport H/F. As a key member of our Electromobility Purchasing team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of transportation and sustainability within the Volvo Group.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver on Quality, Delivery, Cost, Feature, Technology, Sustainability, and Risk Management targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet our customers' needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business opportunities and drive the development of strategic sourcing plans.
- Lead and manage complex procurement projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
**Requirements**
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in procurement or a related field, with a strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
