About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at the Petit Château de Sceaux. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our visitors, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accueil des publics - Greet and welcome visitors to the Petit Château, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Information et orientation - Offer guidance and directions to visitors, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the museum's layout and exhibits.
  • Accueil des prestataires - Welcome and assist vendors and suppliers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Ouverture et fermeture du bâtiment - Open and close the building, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Gestion de la caisse - Manage the ticketing system, handling sales, refunds, and other transactions.
  • Paramétrage du logiciel de billetterie - Configure the ticketing software to ensure accurate and efficient sales.
  • Elaboration des statistiques - Compile and analyze visitor data, providing insights to inform future decisions.
  • Distribution des supports de visite - Provide visitors with informative materials and resources.
  • Gestion des mises à jours, des réassorts et des livraisons - Manage inventory, restocking, and deliveries to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Gestion des réservations, des plannings de visite, des confirmations et relances - Coordinate visitor reservations, schedules, and confirmations.
  • Gestion de la messagerie et du téléphone - Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Gestion du livre d'or numérique et des questionnaires de satisfaction - Maintain digital records and conduct visitor satisfaction surveys.
  • En lien avec les agents de sécurité - Collaborate with security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Requirements
  • Accueillir en musée, et/ou en établissement culturel - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with visitors from diverse backgrounds.
  • Règles de la communication orale - Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information.
  • Savoir rédiger et répondre à des demandes de renseignements à l'écrit - Possess strong written communication skills, with the ability to respond to written inquiries.
  • Intérêt manifeste pour la culture et les musées - Demonstrate a genuine interest in culture and museums, with a passion for sharing knowledge with others.

  • Maitrise des outils et logiciels bureautique et billetterie - Possess strong technical skills, with proficiency in office software and ticketing systems.
