Agricultural Production Advisor

Join POM ALLIANCE, a dynamic agro-food company passionate about agriculture and the environment, as we seek a Conseiller de Production Agricole (H/F) in CDI.

• Be the primary point of contact for potato and red beetroot producers in your sector, fostering loyalty, animating, and advising them on a transition to agroecological practices.
• Foster new producers by prospecting your sector and developing contracted surfaces.
• Ensure the planning of agricultural production at each stage of the process (contract establishment, orders, and controls of plants, vegetation advice, sampling, defoliation, uprooting, and storage).
• Guarantee respect for internal and client cahiers des charges and company commitments (notably Global Gap & HVE).
• Participate in the implementation of varietal and technical trials in collaboration with the technical team.
• Perform controls and analyses related to the cultivation process.
• Participate in various activities and/or projects of the service culture of the NatUp group companies.

• Hold a BAC + or higher degree in agronomy or plant production.
• Have a first professional experience in the agricultural sector.
• Be skilled in interpersonal relationships, rigorous, organized, and able to work in a team.
• Hold a B driving license for frequent regional and occasional national travel.
