Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Financial Services Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing personalized financial solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing assigned customers and proactively meeting with them to build lasting relationships and discover financial needs
  • Learning products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
  • Operating within established risk parameters and meeting internal/external risk and compliance obligations
  • Providing excellent communication skills and tailoring features and benefits of products/services to customers with differing needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of experience in Retail banking sales, Financial services sales, or Consultative relationship sales role in a related industry
  • High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
