Your Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance on workstations and computer networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Provide prompt and effective troubleshooting for hardware and software issues encountered by users.
- Manage the upkeep of projectors, digital screens, and mobile learning devices, ensuring they are in excellent working condition.
- Collaborate with IT staff to develop and implement efficient IT procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear and concise explanations.
- A strong aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
