Your Missions

Main Mission

Manage specialized credits in the application of computerized management software, on behalf of all banks in the Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédéral Group.

You will benefit from experience in customer relations and ideally credits. Autonomous, curious, and dynamic, you want to discover a profession related to companies in the Crédit Mutuel, CIC, and portfolio management networks. You have accounting notions or a taste for numbers that will help you with operation processing.

You will work in a dynamic team and we will train you on this technical profession.

Specific Activities/Tasks of the Post

  • Setting up files and uses
  • Managing principal and interest payments, commissions, bank pools, and unpaid amounts
  • Managing financial flows between all parties involved in the credit operation: borrower, lead bank, participants
  • Following operations until their final repayment
  • Controlling and processing any potential dysfunctions, particularly financial flows
  • Written and telephone relations with internal and external clients, transmitting information to be disseminated
