We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead Frontend to join our dynamic team at Lyreco Switzerland AG. As a Tech Lead Frontend, you will be responsible for leading the development of our frontend technologies and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the development of frontend technologies and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Support software design and implementation according to enterprise architecture guidelines.
- Be the first technical interlocutor for solutions owned by the team and communicate potential day-to-day pressures.
- Manage the technical stack.
- Promote, align, and support best-in-class development principles (e.g., Clean Code, Clean Architecture, DDD/BDD/TDD).
- Encourage practices such as pair programming, peer testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
- Promote and support knowledge sharing for Frontend tools and technologies.
- Be an active member and contributor of the Community of Practice.
- Identify market trends that may benefit the team/product through technological watch and present, adopt, and implement these trends.
- Support the Team Manager in recruiting new talents for the Squad/Team.
- Support the Team Manager in the continuous development of team members, both personally and within their area of expertise.
2+ years proven track record as a Frontend Tech Lead (with mentoring of developers), preferably in an international, multicultural environment as part of a virtual team.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP) for software development including DevOps.

- Ability to build relationships: a team player able to develop networks.
- Change management: ability to support team members in a changing environment.
- Ability to recognize talent among the team.
- Results-oriented: proven track record of delivering on targets.
- Project/Product management: helping the team with organization, prioritization, and translation of business requirements into technical requirements.
- Analytical and creative, proactive in solving issues.
- Able to support recruiting and talent retention.
- Capable of analyzing existing solutions and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements, as well as assisting in training new employees.
Technical skills:
- Proven track record as Tech Lead or Lead Developer.
- Strong fundamentals in software design and development.
- Knowledge of solutions architecture design patterns (Hexagonal architecture appreciated).
- Knowledge of global architecture design patterns.
- Knowledge of software craftsmanship principles (Clean Code, Clean Coder).
- 5+ years of experience with frontend frameworks and libraries including React, Angular, etc.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of several items from the following list:
- REST API design and implementation.
- Microservices design and implementation.
- Continuous integration/continuous delivery using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
- Docker containerization (using Rancher appreciated).
- Public cloud solutions (Azure, Google Cloud Platform appreciated).
- Fluency in English—verbal and written.
