About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residence Companion to join our team at L'Arche en Pays Comtois. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with mental disabilities in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to residents, working collaboratively with other support partners to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Contribute to household activities that align with our community's values and mission, promoting a sense of belonging and shared living.
• Participate in team discussions and activities, fostering a culture of mutual respect and understanding.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for all residents.
• Build and maintain relationships within the community and with external partners, promoting a sense of connection and support.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent listening and communication skills, creativity, versatility, and experience in a residential setting or educational field. Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a valid driver's license are essential.
