Position Overview

We are seeking an innovative Creative Director with expertise in artificial intelligence to spearhead initiatives for a prominent global client within the food and nutrition sector. This role will oversee a Gen AI Content Squad, dedicated to exploring the creative possibilities of Generative AI technology in crafting enticing food content. The team will engage with a diverse array of use cases from around the globe, adopting a test-and-learn methodology to uncover the potential of various tools.

Your involvement will span multiple brands and regions, engaging in all phases of content creation—from conceptualization to execution—while emphasizing how technology can enhance creative outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a consistent stream of content by managing a prioritized backlog alongside a near-shore production team in Poland, covering a variety of brand identities, both global and local.
  • Utilize your AI expertise to seamlessly merge artificial intelligence solutions with creative processes, producing captivating and appetizing content.
  • Stay informed about emerging AI trends and technologies, seeking innovative ways to integrate them into creative strategies.
  • Work closely with clients to grasp their business goals, challenges, and target demographics, transforming insights into impactful creative solutions.
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables within a sprint model, coordinating the execution and maintaining high standards.
  • Drive superior ROI by enhancing performance and reducing production costs compared to traditional methods.
  • Document insights from each project to establish a scalable path for future initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in design, preferably within an agency environment.
  • A strong graphic sensibility, with a genuine interest in nutrition, taste appeal, and visually appealing ingredients.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools (Adobe Suite), particularly in creating visuals and animations using AI tools such as Adobe Firefly and Bria, as well as creative automation tools like Storyteq.
  • A proven history of applying AI in previous creative endeavors, with a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in advertising and marketing.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team across various locations.
