About the Role
In the context of our aeronautical activities, our Aeronautical Maintenance Engineers/Support Client PMO represent the interface between all stakeholders involved in maintenance actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany various teams to organize maintenance actions.
- Treat structural repair files for all aircraft families.
- Prepare a file for each request: locate damage, research aircraft definition (Catia or paper plan), and provide an opinion on solutions.
- Transfer the file to the studies department for definitive repair solutions.
- Write a document for the entire problem and solution for each file.
- Follow the file until closure.
- Establish permanent communication by email/phone (English or French) with maintenance stations (identified as clients and those originating repair requests) at each stage of the file's evolution from opening to closure.
- Manage and prioritize requests based on deadlines and, with experience, anticipate complex or high-repair subjects.
Requirements
- You are able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
- You are a good communicator and have strong writing skills.
- You have knowledge of a CAD tool (Catia/Solidworks...).
- You have good knowledge of aeronautics.
About You
You hold a Bac+5 degree (Master or Engineering cycle) in maintenance/production and/or aeronautical mechanical design and have a minimum of one year's experience in alternation or internship.
