The Opportunity
This internship offers a unique chance to experience the dynamic world of financial services and payments technology. As a member of our M&A and Corporate Development team, you will participate in strategic analyses and M&A deals, gaining valuable insights into the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities for Worldline
- Develop competitive analyses to inform strategic decisions
- Participate in financial analysis and valuation of potential targets
- Assist in the preparation of high-quality project deliverables, including transaction summaries and approval documents
- Support M&A processes, including due diligence and liaison with external advisors
Requirements
We are seeking candidates with a strong background in finance, analytical skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving. Fluency in English is essential, with a second European language a plus. This internship is open to students with a specialization in finance or a related field, who have already gained some experience in the banking or finance sector.
