Delaware France is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Domain Leader SAP Integration to lead our SAP Integration team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our SAP Integration practice and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects to our clients.
About the Role:
The Domain Leader SAP Integration will be responsible for:
- Leading the SAP Integration team: You will be responsible for managing a team of 40 people, including 3 direct reports, and ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality projects.
- Pilot Project Delivery: You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strategic Planning: You will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan for the SAP Integration practice, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
- Client Management: You will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring that their needs are met.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Expertise in SAP Integration: You will need to have a deep understanding of SAP Integration technologies and methodologies.
- Leadership Experience: You will need to have experience of leading teams and managing projects.
- Business Development Experience: You will need to have experience of identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
