POSITION: SOCIAL AND FAMILY INTERVENTION TECHNICIAN (M/F)
Contract Type: Permanent or Temporary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Design and execute personalized intervention plans
- Facilitate the social integration and independence of individuals through customized support (daily living skills, parenting, civic engagement)
- Assist individuals in navigating their rights and pursuing personal and professional aspirations, fostering inclusion
- Engage in collective initiatives and act as a mediator among various parties (individuals, communities, organizations, etc.)
- Collaborate with other professionals and enhance partnership initiatives
- Prepare and maintain professional documentation
- Possession of a State Diploma for Social and Family Intervention Technician (DETISF)
- Open to both experienced professionals and newcomers based on specific duties
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, independence, organizational abilities, discretion, analytical mindset, and teamwork
- Valid driver's license is mandatory
- Contract type: Permanent or Temporary
- Dependent on assigned responsibilities
- Compensation aligned with the collective agreement for the home assistance, support, care, and service sector (BAD)
