Responsibilities

- Assisting individuals in developing essential professional competencies and workplace conduct
- Encouraging the integration and employment of young adults through hands-on technical activities
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and various partners to reach shared objectives
- Participating in tailored projects as an educational facilitator within a vocational context
Candidate Profile
- Possession of a diploma in technical education or workshop supervision
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong skills in analysis, communication, active listening, and confidentiality
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a team-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated success in a specialized educational environment
