Job Title: Investment Analyst (H/F)

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a consultancy firm specializing in recruitment for interim positions, transition management, and expert evaluations, is seeking an Investment Analyst (H/F) for a client operating in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing and managing investment initiatives.
  • Support the structuring of projects aimed at long-term investments and financing in collaboration with financial partners.
  • Contribute to the formulation and refinement of Business Plans.
  • Prepare strategic selection documents for projects in close partnership with the project team.
  • Evaluate profitability and associated risks.
  • Engage in negotiations of essential project documents with stakeholders to secure optimal conditions.
  • Assist in establishing credit agreements, conducting financing audits, and preparing legal documentation along with relevant financial models.
  • Conduct audits on identified projects for acquisition or divestiture.

Candidate Profile:

  • Master's degree from a Business School or Engineering School with expertise in renewable energy project financing.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project investment and financing.
  • Strong skills in negotiation and project management.
  • Bilingual in English with comprehensive knowledge of the energy sector.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on procedural adherence.

Compensation:

The offered salary ranges from 45,000€ to 60,000€ annually, based on experience and expertise.

This is a full-time position available for immediate start.

The recruitment process includes an interview with our firm, a telephone interview with your prospective manager to assess your English proficiency and technical skills, followed by an interview with the HR department.
