About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Grand Frais, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our clients. Your primary duties will include:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Providing information on products and promotions, and making recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, including over 300 ultra-fresh products
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms
