Main Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling all related administrative tasks.
- Manage the front desk, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Conduct audits of the hotel's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, including room assignments, check-in and check-out times, and any special requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
