Verkor, a pioneering French industrial company, is seeking a skilled Procurement Operation Analyst to join its team. As a key player in the company's growth, you will contribute to the development of low-carbon battery manufacturing in France.

• Manage the execution of buying activities for recurrent purchases, covering equipment and materials procurement operations.
• Coordinate transactional buying activities for one-off purchases, including capex, and guide requesters to improve their practices.
• Ensure process flow in SAP and sanity check documents based on good knowledge of procurement processes.
• Contribute to developing procurement processes and procedures to ensure continuity and consistency of work tasks.
• Manage the supplier base in ERP, creating, modifying accounts, and contributing to finance procedures.
• Investigate and propose solutions for vendor claims, linked to processes, and propose process improvements.
• Alert on delivery issues and interact directly with suppliers.
• Run basic negotiations with vendors.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the complete 'purchase cycle' and ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Customer focus, strong cooperation with Finance, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Attention to detail, alertness, and escalation.
• Capacity to work in a team, collaborate with others, and handle tight deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn and work as a team.
