Responsibilities

As a Product Owner at Devoteam G Cloud, you will be responsible for leading the development teams in using Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership Agile
    • Guide development teams in using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products.
    • Animate projects by facilitating communication between stakeholders and ensuring alignment of objectives.
    • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, prioritizing items based on their value to the client.
  • Vision Produit
    • Collaborate with clients to define and refine the product vision, translating their business needs into concrete features.
    • Create and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing items based on their value to the client.
    • Ensure product quality by defining acceptance criteria and validating deliverables at each sprint.
  • Relation Client
    • Establish a strong relationship with clients, built on trust and transparency.
    • Understand the client's business needs and propose solutions that meet their specific requirements.
    • Accompany clients throughout the project, keeping them informed of progress and managing any obstacles that arise.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in digital project management, with a strong affinity for Agile methodologies.
  • Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or a strong willingness to learn and develop expertise in this area.
  • Ability to understand technical and business aspects of projects and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Natural leadership skills, initiative, and ability to bring teams together around common objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English.
  • Sense of organization, rigor, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
