We are currently seeking a Project Manager with a degree in Engineering and proven experience in overseeing software delivery projects within our key industries (such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Food & Beverage). The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership capabilities in project execution and have a track record of managing large-scale projects.

In this role, you will engage directly with clients and collaborate with a geographically dispersed project team to manage timelines, lead the project team, and ensure milestones are achieved promptly. Your experience in managing substantial projects and familiarity with Quality Management Systems will be essential.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, schedules, and detailed management strategies, including billing, change control, and purchase order processing;


• Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure adequate staffing and successful project execution;


• Monitor project progress against established schedules, coordinating team efforts to deliver project outcomes on time;


• Engage with clients to gather requirements and business drivers, fostering continuous process improvements;


• Translate client information into formal requirements, ensuring alignment with customer expectations;


• Establish and secure acceptance test criteria based on formal requirements, ensuring all customer needs are met promptly;


• Prepare formal project status reports, provide periodic schedule updates, and conduct regular meetings with clients;


• Manage project financials and regularly forecast revenue;


• Exhibit exceptional communication and organizational skills, demonstrating strong attention to detail with both internal and external stakeholders;


• Collaborate with the Technical Lead to manage the Work Breakdown Structure for efficient task management and enforce best practices in project execution;


• Identify and document project risks, implementing effective risk mitigation strategies;


• Support the sales team in pursuing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts;


• Be prepared to travel up to 25% for client engagement activities, including requirements gathering, design, and training workshops.

In this position, you will be expected to lead proactively, uphold our project management best practices, and be recognized as an expert with a proven history of success in practical application, technical innovation, and value creation. A hands-on approach, coupled with a passion for building client relationships and solving challenges, will be key to thriving in this role.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, IT, Civil, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering;


• PMP Certification from PMI is mandatory;


• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);


• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP for Timesheet Management, Approvals, Invoices, and Payments is advantageous;


• Understanding of Quality Management Systems;


• Previous programming experience is a plus.
