Job Summary

Glocomms is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in the integration and reconciliation of supplier invoices and the implementation of our e-invoicing project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cost Control: Gather business needs to extend the use of our application to new types of costs, identify data flows to be implemented for each new type, and assist the business in configuring the software.
  • Project Management: Coordinate actions with IT teams, business teams, and publishers, perform tests with business teams, and ensure proper operation at start-up.
  • E-invoicing Project: Analyze regulatory needs, define impacts on systems used for supplier and customer invoices, identify specific impacts for processes, and establish a work plan to adapt them.
  • System Implementation: Specify changes to be made to systems, participate in interface and data exchange work, establish a schedule, and monitor implementation.
  • Reporting: Report to project teams on progress of foreign exchange action plans and delivery of adaptations.

Requirements

  • Business Analysis Skills: Strong business analysis skills, ability to understand user needs, and mastery of business process analysis techniques.
  • Technical Skills: Good understanding of technical concepts and application architecture, experience using business analytics tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and process modeling tools.
  • Experience: Mandatory experience as a business analyst on IT projects in the finance sector, and proficiency in SAP FICO (optional FICA experience).
