Join Worldline's IEC Team as a Junior Innovation Project Manager
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Innovation & Experience Centre (IEC) team as a Junior Innovation Project Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading co-creation workshops with our customers and partners, as well as coordinating the organization of ad hoc events with all stakeholders within Worldline.
About the Role
As a Junior Innovation Project Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about technology and innovation. Your mission will include:
- Managing innovation projects, including customer demand, workshop organization, and moderation
- Defining the roadmap of the evolutions of the center, including customer needs and technology solutions
- Coordinating the preparations before shows, welcoming, moderating, supervising, and supporting events
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Master Commerce, specialty in project management or international business
- Already had a first working experience in a business environment
- Fluent in French
- English level B2 minimum – Effective communication, written and oral
- Self-reliant and has excellent problem-solving skills
- Good ability to understand customer needs
- Good ability to communicate, multi-task, learn, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Interest in technology and innovation
- Experienced in the "payment" and/or "financial services" sectors
