Job Title: Data Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to join our team at Safran Landing Systems. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the company's data architecture and strategy. This is a unique opportunity to work on a digital transformation program that will shape the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data architecture to address business goals and outcomes
  • Contribute to the architecture, implementation, and sustainability of the company's data platform
  • Formalize the description of databases and rely on data owners
  • Guide data engineering practices and data management, data visualization, and machine learning engineer practice leads
  • Support IT projects in defining business needs on data description and use
  • Design data products and solutions supported by the digital factory teams
  • Establish norms and standards for data construction and description
  • Carry the technical vision and bring out its developments with the teams
  • Contribute to the quality of the data dictionary and database templates
  • Ensure data change management

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL languages
  • Proficiency with Amazon Web Services cloud computing
  • Data exchange and processing: EDI, API, ETL
  • Able to assist in designing and performing distributed calculations
  • Administer a data platform
  • Model, process, and transform complex data
  • Design a heterogeneous data storage solution
  • Experience with Agile project management methodology
  • Design and deploy a distributed architecture for data processing
  • Proficiency in data modeling
  • Knowledge of statistics, data algorithms
  • Business/enterprise architecture skills
  • Knowledge of TOGAF
  • Computer modeling
  • Methodology
  • Creativity, sense of innovation
  • Experience with or comprehension of legacy IT systems
