We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Shutdown Coordinator to contribute to our mission of shaping a safe and sustainable energy future.
Your Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Methodists by receiving requests for article creation.
- Manage nomenclature modifications within SAP.
- Oversee articles in the SAP system.
- Create technical positions and equipment entries in SAP.
- Develop stoppage schedules related to work activities.
- Participate actively in site meetings.
- Prepare consultation specifications and manage tender processes.
- Extract lists of required materials based on shutdown schedules.
- Ensure the receipt and verification of delivered materials.
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in maintenance shutdown preparation. You possess strong leadership qualities, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to autonomous work.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance shutdown preparation.
- CAP / BTS technical qualification or equivalent.
- RC2 / ATEX certifications.
Software Proficiency: Office Suite / SAP
