As an Engineering Business Manager at Masteris, you will play a key role in supporting our customers in their changes and offering new services adapted to their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Program Management: Develop and implement programs to support our customers' needs.
- Contract Management: Pilot and manage contracts signed by Masteris, ensuring reliability, obsolescence management, safety, modification management, and PMS (Synthetic Maintenance Plans) management.
- Business and Study Management: Ensure the link with clients in the follow-up of contracts, track economic data (orders, invoices), produce an economic balance sheet for the area under management, and occasionally travel in France to manage business (customers and suppliers).
- Railway Environment: Master the railway environment, with a focus on business and contract management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices.
- Contract Management: Experience in contract management, including reliability, obsolescence management, safety, modification management, and PMS management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and suppliers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of the railway environment.
